Kim’s commanding relentless prayers along with my husbands, my families, and closest friends in the first hour of my accident are why I walk today! Kim was my caretaker she would time my “potty breaks” to keep me from having accidents, held my puke bucket in ICU, yes I would get it all over her and she never wavered, took me to my PT and OT appointments, was my biggest cheerleader, shoulder to cry on, my steadfast soldier she fought for me when the pain was too much to bare. Kim is a true gift from God I cherish her deeply! Everyone needs a Kim in their life!

Amy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University. She has worked on ortho, surgical and primarily medical units, and she joined UCHealth's Rehabilitation Unit in 2012. Amy is inspired by her patients as they work to get back to doing what they enjoy, and she loves the rapport established with them in this setting.  Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and grown children, reading, traveling, and serving LAM as well as other causes close to her heart.
